Afridi calls on Butt, consults on captain’s appointment

LAHORE: Pakistan cricket allrounder Shahid Afridi held meeting with chairman Pakistan Cricket Board Ijaz Butt here on Saturday and consulted on appointment of captain of the national team.Accordding to sources, the PCB chairman will also meet with allrounder Abdul Razzaq and middle-order batsman Misbah-ul-Haq while the name of new captain will be announced on Monday or Tuesday.
